Shipping
Free postage is only for Singapore Local Normal Mail.
Valid to 1 address per order.After you have placed an order with me through email or SMS, you will receive an email/ SMS confirmation within 1-2 working days. (Pls do check your SPAM or BULK folder for my reply.)

Pls indicate the bank if you are not using POSB/ DBS which will take 3 additional business days. We cannot release goods unless we are able to confirm the funds have reached our bank accounts.
♥ Your order will be mailed within 1-3 working days(Monday to Friday) after payment is received via normal local mail or registered local mail.
♥ Pls note that Singpost Normal Postage is not trackable. For better security and assurance, buyers are encouraged to opt for local registered post at SGD 2.50.
♥ All items will be checked for defects before mailing out to you. Hence I shall not be hold responsible for damages/lost of items whilst in post.
Our responsibility ends when we hand over the merchandise all packed to Post Office/mail carrier. We are not responsible for any damage, breakage or lost merchandise in shipping. Please contact the shipper directly. International orders will be charged shipping as charged by SingPost and some handling charges. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes. All items returned by the Mail/shipper will be charged for postage fee and shipping charges for re-sending.
International Shipping
1. We accept international orders too. Your order will be shipped via SingPost Registered Air Mail. Please contact us for the shipping rates before placing your orders.
2. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
If item needs to be exchanged due to manufacturer's defects, it will be at customer own expense, within 5 days of receipt, in its original packaging and unused condition, with all tags attached. The refund or exchange will be made upon verification of defect.
Re-Delivery Policy
For local Registered Mail orders, a re-delivery postage fee applies for failed deliveries due to:
1. incorrect address provided,
2. unavailability of a recipient at requested time, or
3. failed delivery attempts by SingPost via Registered Mail services. All unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will be resent after the re-delivery charge is paid to us.
